To commemorate our 50th anniversary, we carried out a complete renovation of our office. We incorporated a variety of ideas, including converting the office into a single-floor layout to encourage communication between departments, creating storage spaces that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal, and establishing meeting areas.
The office also reflects our company’s values and outlook for the future, including a wall graphic featuring “CARRIER DREAM TO THE FUTURE,” a phrase from our corporate song, “Niji no Kakehashi” (“Rainbow Bridge”).
