To enhance employees’ AI literacy, improve operational efficiency, and promote digital transformation (DX), YMG invited instructors from Z2A LLC to conduct a three-session Generative AI seminar.

As generative AI continues to evolve rapidly, it is gaining increasing attention in the manufacturing industry as a powerful tool for improving business processes and areating new value. At YMG, we organized this training to help employees develop a proper understanding of AI and learn how to use it safely effectively.

Hands-on Learning Centered on ChatGPT

The first and second sessions focused on ChatGPT, covering the fundamentals of generative AI, practical use cases, prompt writing techniques, and important considerations for responsible AI use.

In addition to lectures, participants took part in hands-on workshops where they used generative AI themselves. Employees worked in teams to create AI-generative AI could be applied to their daily work. These practical activities encouraged active participation and idea sharing.

During the third and final session, participants were introduced to various generative AI tools beyond ChatGPT, gaining a deeper understanding of their unique features and potential applications.

Taking the First Step Toward AI Utilization Together

The seminar was open to all employees, with many participating throughout the three sessions.

By experiencing generative AI firsthand, employees had the opportunity to consider how AI could be incorporated into their own work, making the technology heel more familiar and accessible.

We will continue to apply the knowledge and insights gained through this traning to improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity.
