Our company was featured in “地元企業ナビ Hopeful,” published by PrizeMent Co., Ltd. This booklet is a company introduction book for university, junior college, and high school students who are preparing to enter the workforce.
The article introduces our business, the manufacturing process for industrial robots, employee insights, and recruitment information. We hope it will give new graduates in Aichi and Shizuoka who are considering their future careers a chance to learn about our company and work in manufacturing.
【From designing automation equipment to manufacturing and delivery】
We design, manufacture, and sell industrial robots and automated transport systems, all under one roof. We propose automation systems tailored to each customer’s needs. It takes collaboration among four main departments-Sales, Mechanical Design, Control Design, and Manufacturing-to complete a single robot.
When people think of manufacturing work, they may picture a factory process where the same task is repeated over and over. At our company, the work involves addressing each customer’s challenges and bringing every piece of equipment to life through repeated design, assembly, and adjustment.
Because the robots we build differ according to each customer’s concerns and requirements, one of the exciting aspects of the job is creating different robots and equipment each time.
Through our robots, we help address a range of social issues, including labor shortages caused by a declining population and the improvement of working conditions.

There is a great sense of accomplishment when equipment that we have assembled by hand through trial and error finally runs at the customer’s factory.
