【Introducing Our Workplace】 Creeting a More Comfortable and Productive Office

At YMG, we recently renovated our headquarters office as part of our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where employees can work comfortably and perform at their best.

The renovation was designed not only to improve daily work efficiency but also to create a layout that encourages smoother communication and collaboration among employees.

We believe that excellent manufacturing requires more than advanced technology. It also depends on an environment where employees can easily share ideas, consult with one another, and work together as a team.

This office renovation is one of our initiatives to build a workplace where every employee can continue to grow, take on new challenges, and enjoy coming to work every day.

Introducing Our Newly Renovated Office

As part of the renovation, the entire first floor of our office building-including the entrance, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and employee workspaces-has been completely redesigned.

Our goal was to create a comfortable environment not only for our employees but also for customers and students visiting our company for tours and information sessions, allowing them to experience the unique culture of YMG.

Greenery has been incorporated throughout the office to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere while providing spaces where employees can communicate and collaborate in a relaxed setting.

At the center of the office, you’ll find our corporate slogan:

“CARRIER A DREAM TO THE FUTURE”

This phrase reflects our commitment not only to delivering value to our customers but also to supporting the dreams and ambitions of every wmployee as we build the future together.

In addition, both our office building and factory exterior have been renovated, giving our facilities a more modern and welcoming apearance.
