#2 Never Compromising Even by One Millimeter: The Reality of Our Custom Manufacturing

The most important thing we value in manufacturing is “never cutting corners.”

Our products are custom-made, built-to-order systems. Assembly work is carried out based in mechanical drawings, and in some cases, extremely high precision is required-down to less that one hundredth of a millimeter.

Even when tightening a single bolt, it is essential to adhere strictly to the specified tightening torque. By carefully accumulating each of these detailed processes one by one, we are able to maintain the quality of our products.

We never compromise, even in areas that cannot be seen, and ensure everything is finished properly.
This is the fundamental mindset behind our approach to manufacturing.

#3 A Foundation for Growth That matters More Than Skills

When it comes to the kind of people we are looking for, we value “openness and humility” even more than assembly skills or technical knowledge.

With this openness, individuals can accept guidance from those around them and turn it into personal growth.

#4 Nurturing Future Engineers Together with the Local Community

At our company, we also engage in initiatives in collaboration with the local community. One such effort is our outreach classes held at local elementary schools.

While allowing students to experience the robot assembly process firsthand, we provide programming education – which has become a compulsory subject in elementary schools – through partnerships with local educational institutions.

Toyohashi City in Aichi Prefecture is a region known for its strength in industrial robotics.
Looking ahead, we believe that automation and robotics engineers will become increasingly essential for Japan.

With this in mind, we work together with the local community to plan and operate hands – on workshops and classes, striving to raise awareness of industrial robots and programming education.

Looking ahead, the core of our business will continue to be engineering in industrial robots and automation systems.
