For over 10 years since obtaining ISO 9001 certification, we have conducted biannual internal audits and third-party audits every two years to monitor our quality management system and ensure product quality stability.

History
- April 1977
- Founded as Yamamoto Giken Kogyo, focusing on lathe part processing.
- February 1979
- Launched an automation equipment design and manufacturing division. Developed and marketed the YM950, a standard autoloader.
- April 1980
- Reorganized into Yamamoto Giken Co., Ltd. with a capital of 2 million yen, continuing lathe part processing.
- June 1982
- Relocated the main factory from Toyokiyomachi, Toyohashi to Higashihosoyacho, Toyohashi for factory expansion. (Site: 1,880 m², Factory: 250 m²)
- March 1983
- Developed and marketed the YDN130, an autoloader for 35NC lathes.
- July 1985
- Expanded the Higashihosoya Factory by 200 m².
- May 1986
- Developed and marketed the TR250H, an autoloader for rolling machines.
- March 1988
- Developed and marketed the YM Torch Ranger TC-200P.
- August 1988
- Expanded the Higashihosoya Factory office by 160 m².
- October 1988
- Exited lathe part processing to focus on automation equipment.
- May 1989
- Developed and marketed the YGR-100 series, a gantry loader robot for NC lathes.
- June 1989
- Reorganized into Yamamoto Giken Co., Ltd. with an increase in capital to 10 million yen.

- Expanded the Higashihosoya Factory by 170 m² (Total building area: 780 m²).

- Developed and marketed the YM Tray Changer TC200PX, a trolley-based system.

- Developed and marketed the SL-700, a modern swing-type autoloader.

- Introduced 3D CAD.

- Constructed the 3rd factory (Factory area: 1,152 m²).

- Developed and marketed the industry’s fastest gantry loader RUN-GLB (Travel speed: 300 m/min as of September 2017, company research).

- Expanded the office building (Design and Development Department) by 260 m².
