■What is Higashi Mikawa UPPERS?
Higashi Mikawa UPPERS is a co-creation-based community for entrepreneurs and supporters in the Higashi Mikawa region.
It was launched through extensive discussions among multiple entrepreneurs, support organizations, and government representatives.
The concept is to create a community where anyone – regardless of age, gender, nationality, generation, affiliation (company or organization), or region – can fairly take on challenges, connect with others, and support one another.
