At YMG, everyone, including our executives and management, has hands-on engineering experience.
Our team is young, adaptable, and unafraid of failure. We operate under the principle: “If you have a question, take action first.”
While our products are standardized, we always strive to meet the specific needs of our customers. If a customer’s request is not the best solution, we take pride as engineers to propose the optimal alternative.
We currently possess the fastest gantry loader in Japan in terms of travel speed.

I pursue perfection down to the finest details. Even small mistake can lead to major problems. A relaxed mindset that says “this is good enough” directly leads to a decline in quality and loss of trust. I pay close attention to everything and aim for 100% completion. No matter the situation, I never allow my mind – or my screws – to become loose.

About Our
Symbol Mark
Our symbol mark is inspired by the sharp, dynamic image of YMG’s autoloaders and robots. The circular design in the initial letter represents “harmony” and emphasizes the importance of “trust” as our top priority. It reflects our aim to build a relationship of mutual trust between machines and people, ensuring clean, safe operations that pave the way for future development.
The corporate color is green, symbolizing growth and approachability. Additionally, red is used to evoke warmth and humanity, introducing a fresh and innovative corporate image.
