On the 20th of last month, our company representative participated as a lecturer at the “Autumn Business Park” held at Toyohashi Technical High School. During the 50-minute session, we introduced the current state and future of the manufacturing industry, as well as some of our company’s initiatives.

It was impressive to see the students listening attentively. Many of them were first-year high school students, and it was clear that they were just beginning to think deeply about their futures. We hope that this lesson helped them gain a better understanding of the manufacturing industry and local companies, and that it sparked thoughts about their own future careers.

Business Park is an initiative where professionals from private companies and government offices visit middle schools, high schools, and vocational schools to convey awareness of work and career choices to students.
