■What Is a Gantry Loader?

A gantry loader is a transfer system that combines a “gantry” (a portal-type structure) and a “loader.”
Installed above machine tools, it performs operations such as transporting, placing, and removing workpieces quickly and accurately.

In addition, our company has developed an ultra-high-speed gantry loader(RUN-GL100B), which represents a further evolution of the conventional gantry loader.

①Industry-leading travel speed (Company data / Sept. 2017)
Conventional gantry loaders typically operate at speeds around 150m/min, but our model achieves a travel speed of 300m/min.
In addition to higher speed, it offers improved acceleration/deceleration responsiveness and low vibration.
②Pursuit of futher advancement
While inheriting the excellent operability and maintainability of conventional models, we have achieved even higher speed, lower noise, and reduced wiring.
③Improved operability
By adoption an OP box equipped with a touch panel, we enhanced overall usability.
The box is also designed to open from the side, making maintenance and daily cleaning easier.
