We are currently receiving support from Aeru Co., Ltd. through a collaborative rebranding initiative, and our efforts have been featured as a case study on Aeru’s website.

This initiative began in 2024.
During the first year, through approximately one year of online sessions, we worked together to articulate the values YMG has cherished since its founding and developed the “Eight Important Values of YMG.”
Now in its second year, sessions are being conducted by department so that all employees can participate.

With continued support from Aeru Co., Ltd., we will use collaborative rebranding initiative to clarify the meaning and value behind our work and strive to communicate it clearly to everyone.
