Our company has held ISO 9001 certification for nearly 20 years, conducting internal audits twice a year and external audits by a third-party organization once every two years. This ensures continuous monitoring of our quality management system and helps maintain stable product quality.
The surveillance audit was conducted on the 11th of this month.

■Preparation through Internal Audits

During internal audits, employee auditors visit each department to review operational practices and records. In addition, through internal training, half of our employees have obtained internal auditor qualifications.
These efforts ensure that we are fully prepared for the surveillance audit.
