On June 27th (Thursday), Toyohashi University of Technology, including the Robocon Club (2023 members), appeared on the NHK program “#Magical Modification Night.” To celebrate the appearance, our company hosted a public viewing event.
The event was attended by members of the show, including the team leader, and they brought the actual robots used in the show for a demonstration. The creators also explained the robots to the attendees. Students from our robot programming school “Robot Dan Futagawa Toyohashi” were also present and were highly intrigued by the robots.
When the broadcast started, everyone was glued to the screen watching the show.

One particularly memorable moment was when Toyohashi University of Technology lost, but their rivals were moved to tears. Although they were competitors in the contest, the shared experience of giving their best allowed them to truly understand each other. We were deeply moved by the “dedication and hard work” shown in this broadcast.
